Is There A Standard Commission On Vacant Land In Arizona ...

questions

Q: What is the standard or commonly agreed to commission to brokers for selling vacant land in Mesa, Arizona? Parcels are about 50 acres and in an area surrounded by homes.
?Bocloc, Santa Barbara, CA

A: There is no standard commission. The commission is whatever the seller and broker agree to. You should call around to several brokerages and ask what their fee is. But the bottom line is that the fee is whatever you have negotiated.

A: Just fyi ? every broker has to figure out what it will cost them to do business ? so there is no standard or commonly agreed to commission. It is a contract that you and your agent can work out!
