The Program Manager Role at Ingersoll Rand University is the execution and delivery expert on the Leadership and Executive Assessment and Development team. This person will need to manage the details of multiple programs. They must be able to communicate clearly, use project management tools and resources to ensure effective planning and delivery of programs and facilitate program execution on sites world-wide either personally or through the learning network. They must be comfortable presenting to groups of 30+ people and be able to facilitate executive level leaders.
This person should have some subject matter expertise related to blended-learning design and learning program implementation for Executive and Leadership learning initiatives. They will be directly responsible for project management, learning program implementation, LMS testing, program maintenance and training vendor and internal training resource management as it relates to coordinating learning program implementation.
Also ensures programs meet the business needs by engaging with internal curriculum managers to facilitate the deployment of custom learning solutions. This including all aspects of consulting, needs analysis, design/development and implementation as well as activities associated with measurement and evaluation to help ensure the learning solutions address business needs, maximize investment and demonstrate measurable business and/or performance impact.
This resource will partner with the LMS team to define learning paths in the LMS, test learning solution functionality, train appropriate team members as needed, and implement and support learning solutions deployed throughout the globe. Responsible for LMS program set up, security access and setup configuration. Identifies ongoing system enhancements needed to support more effective program implementation, scopes and creates requirements and coordinates efforts to implement. May perform business/needs analysis follows through the full development life cycle of learning solutions. May coordinate, implement and communicate program and system change requirements. Responsible for working with Learning Consultants to map the business needs to learning solutions. Manages vendors to complete activities related to any learning program implementation, monitors and tracks program effectiveness.

The Implementation Manager will be expected to adhere to established best practices, leverage approved tools and templates as well as advise and assist with the creation of consistent tools and practices that will be leveraged by IR learning professionals across the globe.

? Work with the IRU Learning Consultants to consult with internal customers, stakeholders and learning sponsors to understand and assess business needs
? Analyze business needs, challenges and desired impact in order to make recommendations for the most effective learning solution implementation, evaluation and measurement
? Administer measurement in order to create evaluations, generate reports and provide analysis of results for continuous process improvement
? Engage with the Learning Architecture, Learning Development and Learning Delivery teams as needed to coordinate and manage cross-functional activities and ensure consistency and quality of implemented solutions
? Must be able to communicate important details around time, place, objective for programs to senior level audiences
? Leverage a variety of tools and technologies to implement and manage learning solutions
? Provide learner management for program solutions which includes working personally via phone and email to support learner queries and ensure accountability and completion of learning programs
? Advise on the most effective utilization of the LMS for learning program structure and logistics management
? Create learning program documentation including marketing, communications, and kick-off presentations for both participations and managers/executives
? Host and facilitate program-related presentations for participants, managers, HR partners, executives, etc.
? Track progress of learning program participation leveraging the most effective technologies and methods available and provide reports to stakeholders as needed
? Escalate program participation issues as needed to program stakeholders, sponsors, participant managers, executives, etc. of implementation
? Establish best-practices, standards and templates to be use by the global learning and development professionals across First Data
? Track program results ongoing for the purpose of maintaining comprehensive and consolidated metrics for completion, exam pass rates, learner satisfaction, and business impact
? Provide training, coaching and mentoring for new team members as needed
? Performs duties under minimum supervision
